Dr. Trevor Cates is a naturopathic physician, bestselling author, entrepreneur, and mentor whose work has reached millions through national media, consumer wellness platforms, digital education, and her bestselling books Clean Skin From Within and Natural Beauty Reset.
A graduate and current board member of the National University of Natural Medicine, Dr. Cates became the first woman licensed as a naturopathic doctor in California before serving as the Wellness Coordinator for the Waldorf Astoria Spa in Park City. Her clinical expertise includes women’s health, skin wellness, and environmental medicine.
Motivated by a desire to create impact beyond the treatment room, Dr. Cates founded The Spa Dr.®, a natural skincare and wellness company grounded in whole-body health. Under her leadership, the brand grew to over $1M in revenue without outside funding and was acquired in 2023 by a major e-commerce group. Her expertise has been featured on The Doctors, Extra TV, PBS, and numerous podcasts and international media outlets.
Dr. Cates also holds a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology, which adds depth to her work in helping entrepreneurs move beyond limiting beliefs and align their businesses with deeper purpose. She pairs this training with her writing, media, speaking, and clinical experience to offer seasoned entrepreneurial insight that helps founders refine their direction and build sustainable, values-driven businesses. She is known for her grounded guidance and thoughtful leadership, helping innovators move forward with clarity and confidence.
Dr. Amy Bader, ND

Dr. Amy Bader is a naturopathic physician, entrepreneur, educator, and mentor known for blending analytical precision with creative vision. A seasoned business innovator, she co-founded SkinTē®, the world’s first collagen sparkling tea, which scaled to more than 8,000 retail locations nationwide before its exit — a testament to her ability to identify opportunity, build strategically, and execute with intention.
A graduate of the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), Dr. Bader completed a family-medicine residency before joining the NUNM faculty, where she serves as Assistant Professor and Attending Physician. She also holds a business degree from the University of California, Berkeley, bringing a strong analytical foundation to her work. In her clinical practice across Oregon, Washington, and California, she specializes in chronic and complex health conditions and was an early trailblazer in remote healthcare.
Dr. Bader’s expertise has been featured in national media including Inc., Fox Business, The New York Post, Bloomberg,and other major outlets. With a love for clean spreadsheets and beautiful branding, she brings a rare combination of operational rigor and creative insight to every project she leads.
Today, Dr. Bader applies her experience in product innovation, clinical practice, teaching, and leadership to support wellness and beauty founders who are ready to clarify their ideas, understand their strengths, and build purposeful, sustainable businesses. She is known for her strategic thinking, collaborative style, and ability to help entrepreneurs recognize aligned opportunities and move forward with clarity and confidence.
