We cover personal positioning, so MDs, NDs, NPs, LAcs, DCs, licensed estheticians, certified health coaches, fitness trainers, wellness + beauty product company owners and other wellness-focused professionals are welcome.
In the first 4 weeks of the group mentorship: 90 minutes live per week, plus short daily exercises (under 30 minutes). Months 2-6: 90 minutes live per month, plus weekly exercises (under 60 minutes). You can adapt the time commitment to fit your schedule—the more you engage, the greater your results will be.
Yes, these will be recorded and available for replay. Members on calls may request recording be paused if sharing something they don't want in the recording.
